One of my favorite artists and probably one of the more conceptual artists of current times, Belgian-born Francis Alÿs. His work looks at and "attempts to analyze the totality of everyday life, through the passive movement through space." He later documents his experiences and observations through paintings, drawings, animations, and videos. Here are a couple of his videos: Sometimes doing something leads to nothing.
